Hi! I am Michaelanne and this is my sweet little family <3.
Whether you’re looking for a newborn photographer or just browsing, I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Michaelanne, and I am the owner of Michaelanne Dobraski Photography. I’m married to a handsome fella, Dane, and we have two sweet kiddos. I specialize in newborn photography and in documenting all the milestones to come. As a mom, I understand how quickly babies grow and change, and I remember how exhausting those first few months can be. Having you come to my studio during this special time in your baby’s life means a lot to me. I hope you can feel relaxed, open up to me, or even take a nap while you’re in my space. I love capturing moments for moms like me who cherish looking back at photographs of their little ones.
So why should you choose me to capture your newborn photos, you may ask?
I have been trained to safely pose a newborn. The safety of your baby is my number one priority and that is why I have had 1-1 training in safely posing newborns, I continue to attend conferences and I am a part of an ongoing mentorship with one of the most sought after maternity and newborn photographers in the country.
I have a trained assistant. I honestly don't know what I would do without Makenna. She has been with me going on two years, now. She has been trained to assist me in posing newborns to ensure your little one has eyes or hands on them at all times. She is so close to the baby I have to photoshop her out. So you can rest on the sofa, eat snacks and relax while we take care of your sweet one.
Studio Space. My studio is located in New Waverly, TX (slightly north of Conroe), right off Hwy 45. It is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need for the most charming newborn session of your growing family. I have a lifestyle space that is vintage inspired with wooden floors, an antique bed, and shiplap walls. I have poured everything into this unique space to set myself a part and provide my clients with beautiful and timeless portraits.
I absolutely love working with clients who value unique and beautiful photographs of their family. My clients come to me because I work with them from beginning to end to get the desired look they are after. They come to me because I make them feel beautiful and enhance their features with proper use of lighting and skin editing.
